Concert: ‘Blind Date – Concerto al Buio’ 2018
Teatro Ristori - Jazz
Location Auditorium Milano. The format is simple yet impactful: soft lights welcome the audience into the theatre and become, little by little softer, up to reaching full darkness. At the end of the show, the lights start to rise again. In full darkness, Cesare Picco and his music lead the audience towards a magical itinerary through sound. The project was born in collaboration with no profit organisation CBM Italia to raises awareness about avoidable blindness, by helping unprivileged blind people living in Africa, Asia and Latin America to reach their very personal light, beyond blindness and physical limits.
BLIND DATE - concerto al buio @Verona
Just when we thought our love for Dermot Bannon couldn't grow any more, we have found that he took part in Blind Date. The Room To Improve star is known for wowing us with his interior skills but before he was wowing women with his charm which he still has. Dermot used his charisma to win over singleton Jenny and it was clear he had the luck of the Irish.
The beauty of this is that you end up meeting a range of people you would not necessarily meet in your social circle. If you don't want to date anyone you meet on the night, there is a good chance you'll meet someone who you'd like to be mates with - and this in turn widens your group of friends. Two to tango. At the end of the night, you pass your date card to the organisers who will then let you know of any 'date' or 'friends' matches and the rest is up to you.
